With thirty years of construction experience, specializing in high voltage transmission and distribution projects, Dominic provides support and training to QMS site managers.  He is a licensed contractor in multiple states as well as an experienced senior site manager.  His role includes design and management of project execution.

As a licensed engineer, Ewald brings experience and expertise in smart grid, high voltage transmission and GIS substations to the team. His career includes successful management of multiple projects in both the in the U.S. and internationally. He works closely with client company engineers as well as offering on-site consultation.

Dustin is an experienced, NCCER-certified safety representative with OSHA 510/Hazwop training . He conducts safety audits and provides leadership to safety personnel in the field.

Debra provides oversight regarding human resources, contracts and finance for this certified Women’s Business Enterprise.  She also serves as the organization’s primary trainer and registered agent using skills gained in thirty-plus years of experience in education and mid-management.
