With over forty years of construction experience, specializing in high voltage transmission and distribution projects, Dominic Provides support and supervision of QMS site managers.

He is a licensed contractor in multiple states as well as an experienced senior site manager. His role includes design and management of project execution, project bidding, supervision and recruitment.

Dustin is an experienced site manager as well as an NCCER-certified safety representative with OSHA 510/Hazwop training.

He conducts safety audits and provides leadership to safety personnel in the field. He also provides site management on selected projects.
